The X-axis features dual linear scales which in combination with the Simultaneous Control Technology effectively prevents misalignment of the moving columns and ensures optimal dynamic accuracy.

The headstock sits in a U-shaped saddle with reinforced front structures, fully surrounding it. Four linear guide ways and ten sliding blocks further increase the rigidity of the structure. The design effectively reduces distortion and offers excellent accuracy, even when the headstock is fully extended.

Approximately 100 days from order the machine can ship from Awea factory. This can be confirmed on February 25, 2025.

Installation to be done by Machinery Works, Inc. with Memco to offload all containers and flat racks with assistance from MWI. Memco and MWI to set bases (floor plates) and x axis runways in place, Memco to set all anchors. MWI will assist in setting the uprights, crossrail and head, MWI Installers to finish project including all wiring, set up of atc and attachments, start up and finish leveling.

Renishaw radio part probe to be added during / after installation of the machine.

One year parts and labor warranty, with second year parts only.

Terms;

40% 60 days from order $580,000.

25% Prior to packaging $362,000

10% due upon completion or 90 days from arrival at customers. $145,000.

Machinery Works, Inc. will inspect the machine underpower on February 23- 25th 2025 to confirm all components are operational and equipment is ready to send. The factory needs to change out the spindle arrangement to 4k rpm with gearbox and test prior to packaging.

Machinery Works, Inc. will package, ship to USA Port then delivery to Memco's facility via semi's total of (9) loads. Machinery Works, Inc. to pay trucking and all duties and import/custom fees, local and state tax to be paid by Memco if they apply, the above included in sale price.
